When they commit such egregious acts of prosecutorial misconduct, they need to be held accountable. The actions of unethical prosecutors give the good ones who DO uphold the law a bad name. Secondly, those that make false allegations against another and those that that knowingly let it happen, should be punished to the same level of charges that they alleged against someone. And thirdly, shouldn't the citizens of our country be able to approach our justice system without fear of corruption and unethical practices?
